If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any opened & unopened bottles within thirty (30) days for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping cost. Please keep the followings in mind before sending back the items:
- Please contact our customer support, in order to start the return process.
- Include your full name and order number on the package.
- Ship the product back to us.
- You should return the item to us within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Any items received as a gift with your purchase, should be returned along with the products you would like to return. The value of missing items (gifts received with your purchase) will be deducted from the refund. For missing item we will deduct the original price from the refund amount.
- Regardless of the Shipping type (even if you have been qualified for free shipping), handling and shipping Fee is Non Refundable. For orders inside the US shipping and handling fee is 5.95, and also 9.95 for international orders. Shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your whole amount.
- There is no restocking fee or any other type of fees deducting from your whole amount.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing or has been damaged during transit, you should report it within the first 48 hours of receiving the package. The items won’t be replaced or refunded after 48 hours of receiving the package.
